Would people be as comfortable buying meat if the date the animal was KILLED was displayed alongside the ‘best before’ date? Consumers should remember that meat is the dead flesh from a once living breathing sentient animal who didn’t want to die.

actually i would feel more comfortable. it would make choosing fresher meat easier. thats a very good idea.

So, wait. Where does veganmovement2012 think that we think meat comes from, if we don’t think it comes from animals?

I mean…I’d be pretty ripped off if it didn’t come from an animal. Some kind of fake non-animal meat or something? Or are there people that think there are like, chicken breast mines or something? The pork chop tree? What?

This is an awesome idea! I’d be much more comfortable with my choices of meat if I knew the kill date. Who do we petition?!?

when a way to make people “feel bad” or whatever actually takes off as a great new plan to help with choosing meat… :D

p.s. did anyone notice how the label says “best before death”? what the heck that’s not very humane of you vegans. eating live animals? oookay who made this photo?
